DELIVERY & RETURNS

SHIPPING
  • Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside the UK — including to Europe — local import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply upon arrival. These fees are set by your country’s authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders before 1pm (Monday-Friday) are usually dispatched same day.
  • All shipments are tracked for your peace of mind. Track your delivery using the link in your confirmation email.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
  • Standard: 2 working days (£5)
  • Next Day: Guaranteed next working day if ordered before 1pm Mon-Fri (£10)
  • Free standard delivery on orders over £250
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
  • Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will usually take 3-5 business days, while deliveries to other international countries will usually take up to 7 business days. 
  • Shipping costs vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
  • EU orders: £15
  • USA orders: £15
  • Rest of the world: £30
  • For clients based outside of the UK (Including the EU), the client will be liable to pay for any taxes and duties imposed by their country. 
RETURNS

The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:

1. Send an email request for the return to info@alvica.net no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product, mentioning the reason for the return if you think it will help us continue to improve.

2. The items should be packaged in original condition, in its packaging, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.

3. We will communicate the London address to return your product. Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and retain proof of shipment.

To return any item purchased at Alvica simply contact us to receive the return address and organise a courier service or local post office to send the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective Alvica shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.

Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.

In the event that Alvica has mistakenly sent an item different to the item requested or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at info@alvica.net to arrange for a return and/or exchange. In such cases Alvica shall bear the costs of both shipping and return. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
